Buying A Home

  • Start Your Search

The first step in buying a home is learning about the home buying process. Buying a home is a BIG purchase and it is important to make informed decisions. Whether you are ready to buy now or just looking, I would love to sit down with you and chat about goals, the process steps, and answer your questions.

As a home buyer, representation is no cost to you!

  • Get Pre-Approved

    Why should you get pre-approved?

To determine what price point you can comfortably afford. Before you start shopping for a home, it is important to know your price range, understand the monthly payment, feel comfortable with the down payment and closing costs.

Work with a lender who will take the time to explain all the loan options with you, and SHOP AROUND! Most lenders will match other rates.

I would be happy to recommend local lenders to help you through this process.
